Would you love to escape into the solitude of the hills and mountains walking and exploring rocky isolated cwms, cross mountain passes or teeter along exposed rocky ridges and reach craggy summits or remote mountain wilderness.  At Capricorn mountaineering we help you along the way by giving you the skills and confidence to go safely on your way.  We can help you improve your mountain navigation skills so you can travel confidently off paths, in thick mist or if caught out by nightfall.  We can give you the skills to negotiate and enjoy rockier or steeper terrain – showing you how to move safely and confidently and perhaps how to use a rope should the need arise in an emergency.  Learn about the flaura and fauna with us, feel the rocks and understand the sculpting of the high mountain places.

We can even arrange overnight experiences – bivouacking under the stars or under canvas and experience a glorious mountain sunrise.
